2.    What were the qualities or skills of each member that benefitted the team?

Most of them had good skills to reach the summit. Jamling has a strong body which made him handle the oxygen level decrease quite well. Ed’s experience told them the right path.

  

3.    How was the Team helped by ‘cultural diversity’ to attain their goal (reach the summit of Everest)? 

Made them get along quite well with each other, it may have been a bit hard to communicate but their personalities went quite well with each other.
